The Dreamr Digital Security Token (DRMR)

The Dreamr® Digital Security (“DRMR DS”) Tokens were created to have a digital version of Dreamr, Inc. common stock available on the blockchain. We created a conversion mechanism that effectively creates a “peg” to the value of Dreamr, Inc. Common Shares. 

 

Due to current securities regulations in the United States, the DRMR Digital Securities have only been available to known accredited investors, and were sold as a Securities Token. This is not a solicitation to buy or sale securities tokens.

+ Pegged to  equity in Dreamr, Inc. 42 Million DRMR DS are pegged to 6M shares of Common Stock

+ DRMR DS are exchangeable for common shares at (7:1 ratio) upon an exit event (ie. IPO, acquisition).
